Forget Me Nots

Intro

“FORGET ME NOTS” is an autobiography, a glorified version of my personal do-not-forget list. The book becomes a space where memory, design, and narrative overlap. I use the format to rebuild a dollhouse, imagined as an extension of my nostalgia: a symbolic yellow-brick road that I can return to whenever I revisit these pages.

The editorial structure is intentional. The right-hand pages visually unfold the dollhouse, room by room, allowing readers to explore the spaces that shaped my memories. The left-hand pages hold the written reflections, grounding each visual with context and emotion. As the book progresses, these fragments slowly come together, and in the final spread the entire dollhouse is revealed in full—complete, coherent, and whole. Through this interplay of text and image, “FORGET ME NOTS” becomes both a personal archive and a designed experience, inviting the reader to step into the miniature architecture of memory.
